Alright. So I answered my last question as to if normal Airsoft guns are legal in New York City. No. Law states that the possession of any air gun or airsoft gun that is painted black or metallic and is spring operated or gas operated is highly unlawful. However, it also states that the guns may be clear or brightly colored. Now I found a few guns online that are clear and are electricaly operated and I asked if they are allowed to ship to NYC. No response. So before I order I want to ask you guys, could I be able to buy an Airsoft gun that is clear and electricaly powered without the UPS guys x-raying it and sending a S.W.A.T team to my house? Thanks in advance.

Wow, must suck to live in New York. In Texas I can buy any gun I want on a same day purchase. And now we can carry them in our cars without any permits or licenses at all. And they won't even let you poor New Yorkers have air soft guns? That really sucks dude. You guys should really try to get your second amendment back.
