im doing a report for my social science class on cyber crime and a big chunk of what i have found is about illegal porn. i got a bunch of stuff on people getting arrested and their computer being taken and checked by the cops. BUT the one thing that seems to be missing in these news stories is how they were caught.which is putting a damper on my report! does anyone know how that happens. I mean do the FBI or local cops automatically know what people look at or download? if so how do they track that?it just doenst make any sence to me! hope someone can really break it down for me.i need an A on this paper.lol

He recently opposed an increase in tobacco tax intended to pay for child health care in the USA. Thus the children miss out three times, they are endangered in the womb by smoking mothers, (biggest cause of cot death - BBC), they have to suffer passive smoking at home, and their parents can't afford health care when they get sick. This all seems a bit un-Christian to me, but then I live in the UK where we do things better in terms of healthcare.

I was just on the phone with a collection agency and I noticed a beeping noise in the background. I asked the lady about it and she said that they were recording the call. She told me about the recording AFTER it had already started. Is this legal?

I recently inherited a collection of about 20, 3 inch diameter original "Presidential Medals". This was a series put out by the US Mint (years ago, I think the mint has a replica series of it now in smaller diameter) of high surface relief faces of the Presidents and something about them on their backs. They are heavy and would serve as nice paperweights on executive desks or for display perhaps by some decendent. Each has its own original box. Without going to Ebay, where I see some being auctioned, how and where is the best educational place I can sell/dispose of them. I think they were produced in limited quantity of under 3000 each according to some ebay descriptions. I've looked at ebay and the web, but real collectors would know better. These have "old world quality" and feel historic.
List of Presidents included: J. Adams, J.Q. Adams, Monroe, Hoover, Garfield, Wilson, Hayes, McKinley, C. A. Arthur, FDR Coolidge, Cleveland, US Grant. and others -- space limited.

Votes for John Edwards to be Vice President in 2008
elections, will work to help the next president of the
United States clean up, to restore Peace among the U.S
and foreign nations, his views on the war in Iraq and most
candidates are alike in terms of withdrawal, and funding
which is draining! not only in money! but in energy also.
when you Fund, you pay for something, that will be a
benefit to others, so far nothing is happening in terms of
democracy, or election of government for Iraq. The fight
is about tribal rein, and islamic laws! whose emphasis is
on terrorism to defend their ilslamic cause. It is unrealistic
to run a country solely on a prophet's ideology. An illusion
will not form a government. A Prime Minister will, and of
any tribe. After all it's all Islam! if the Military got out of Iraq
somebody has to rule, and the fight continues.

I have applied at a college and when they did my background check, an arrest for Assault showed up. I was not guilty, and the charges were dismissed from the judge. The school is investigating this further but since they already offered me the job with a letter, since I am innocent and was only arrested, is it illegal if they take back their job offer????

Hillary would be so awful as President that the USA would never again elect another democrat! The economy would fall to pieces under Hillary, taxes would go to the moon, and 911's would be a weekly occurrence! Republican's would benefit and become America's #1 Party!

It's from the managment company that manages the flats where I live. It was for an unpaid service charge, but I paid it and they still instructed solicitors and it went to court. The court struck off the case because they didnt respond to their requests. Each time the service charge is due now they send a request for about £300 for the costs but I havent paid it but im worried in case I am legally obliged to.

We have been often told that one of the great economic burdens of our time is people living longer, costing both in terms of health costs and pensions. Action being taken is the raising of the retirement age and less generous pension terms.

On the other hand we are told that obesity and smoking are a big burden on the health service. It seems to be forgotten that these health issues actually save society money due to people dying earlier.

I am not saying that obesity and smoking are not important public health issues but does the UK establishment have to practise duplicity in the presentation of cost figures?

I wish someone could explain how this is possible?

I wont get into the MANY good reasons to have an abortion, but I will remind people there are 6 billion people on the planet. This fact and future procreation dictates we better do something, its clear the earth wont support this ramp-it birthing. I don't like the practice of partial- birth abortion unless the infant is going to be born all messed up like (non functional). I don't like abortion on demand, as a contraceptive. Now heres the rub, the people who are religious and cant get their minds aruond the overwhelming benefits of abortion, don't want contraception either. Please don't give me abstinence, its a joke that flys in the face of human nature.
