You need to see a lawyer. A judge can emancipate you, but you need very good reasons. If you can't afford a lawyer, call some and ask what local organizations might provide free representation for you.

Some of the biggest concerns will be are you responsible and able to provide for yourself or have other family members who can support you.

Outside of some type of abuse (physical, sexual, mental, ETC) or neglect (not feeding, not clothing, not educating, ETC.), it's probably not likely to happen.

You have to show the court that you are able to fend for yourself and that you understand that emancipation means that you are legally responsible for your own actions. If you get in trouble with the law, YOU have to pay the fines, not your parents. Someone that I used to work with had a 16 year-old son that had only been emancipated for 3 weeks and he was driving drunk and hit someone Else's car. He was under the impression that since he was emancipated that he would be able to drink. Not only was he charged with drunk driving, he was also charged with driving with no insurance, MIP (Minor in Possession), and vehicular assault. The other party tried to sue his parents, but since he was emancipated they couldn't be touched.
