Since both of those Presidents cut & ran before they finished the job of winning the wars they started?

Nixon was the one who drew down the troops, and Ford pulled out the last of them. Bush will go down as the first President who started a war premptively and who started a war based on knowingly doctored intelligence.

I think you must take a close look at the loss to LBJ and ultimately to President Nixon/Ford. The North Vietnamese had some powerful allies, far more powerful than the Soviet Union and the Red Chinese, they had the press and the Democratic party on their side. Al Qaeda has those same allies.

LBJ didn't start it.. Kennedy did.

And since LBJ.. we had this president named Carter. Probably the worst we've ever had..
