Will u move to Canada or Mexico. Im betting on Canada, she is horrible. She will kill the country and bring bad things like aboration into the place. Soooo bad, and people will vote her in just because she is a woman. Where will you move?

ive had a battery charge haunting me for 10 years in october it was a misdemeanor but its enough to keep me from getting certain jobs am i able to expunge something like that i havent been in any real trouble other than traffic tickets in the last 10 years since it happened so i was hoping i can get it sealed or expunged

What do you think of Hillary Clinton? I hate that she is pro abortion which is murder. I also think she will ruin the country by taking the troops out of iraq. Because iraq is still not stable and if we leave, one of saddams brothers or someone will take over their country and our country will be in danger of an attack. I might have to move to Canada if she becomes president. What is your opinion?

The Bush administration and neo-conservatives have done more than any other administration to increase the power of the Executive branch. This has alienated a large portion of the true Conservatives, who are against any strengthening of federal power. The end result, is that with a low approval rating and poor prospects in 08, they may have strengthened the power for an incoming Democrat.
And please don't bother to answer if all you are gonna do is bash the Dems. I am neither Dem or Republican, and I don't support the platforms or poor candidates put up by either party.
This question is for those (admittedly very few) of you who are capable of understanding what is being asked. If all you know of politics is "Liberals suck..." than please refrain from answering, and in fact refrain from voting. YOU are what is hurting the conservative party...

We had not invaded Iraq at all? Now: I'm not on board with the Anti-War Bandwagon. But: I'm just asking if taking Saddam out was really best for America. We know it was great for the Iraqi people! I mean this regime was a very cruel one to say the least! But, lets say we decided not to invade Iraq. Do you believe that Iran would be so brave right now? You know Iran is wanting an American defeat in Iraq! You know they would love nothing more than to at least influence the Regime in Iraq or possibly even take over the country itself! With Saddam in charge, it kinda balanced things out in that area of the world. I know Saddam was an evil man! But I think that America should focus on whats best for itself first! Ronald Reagan understood the importance of Iraq keeping the Iranians in check! I mean this is like a chess game! I'm wondering if the US really made the right move!

I paid the fine but was told I had to plea notguilty and had no choice in the matter. I also must go to court now. Now I was not given my rights or offered an attorney. do you think I need a lawyer or would just showing up may be acceptable to the court?

As a LEO, how have you treated those who have attempted suicide? With respect? Or, have you laughed at them and talked about them with your buddy?

Also, suppose someone slit their wrists and you were going to arrest them? Would you still put the handcuffs on them, even though it would hurt them very badly?

So the police showed up at my house today and I was not home. They were looking for me and I believe it is because of my neighbors file complaints against me for driving fast. I have a loud exhaust on my car so it sound like i'm going really fast, but i do drive well over the speed limit. Tommorow I have to go to the police to talk with them. I'm worried about any charges that may come against me or If i'll lose my linesne or even worst get arrested.

She lives in my apartment complex and I see her every day pacing back and forth for an hour at a time on the balcony ( back and forth, maybe 8 feet maximum lenght). She's dressing in a burka and obviously belongs to "that" religion. She's also obviously never allowed to leave her small apartment and her only exercize is this pacing. Should I call the cops on her mean, iron-fisted husband for treating his wife like a farm animal?

I am receiving harassing phone calls on my cell. I have an idea of who it may be but no way to prove it. I went to the sheriff's dept and was told to get my records from the cell phone co. I went to my cell co. and was told that I must file a police report and have them subpoena my records. Seems as though I'm at a loss. How is it fair for someone to call and harass you and just because they blocked their # they get away with it? The phone records that I need are mine and I don't see why I shouldn't be able to obtain them since what is occurring is a crime. I started keeping a log yesterday & I've got 2 messages saved on my voice mail. They're not threatening me and I understand that I'm not a priority. But it is still a crime and this person should be punished. I'm so annoyed right now because the criminal has more rights than me. Can a magistrate order a subpoena my phone records? Any ideas on how to bring this person to justice? Why won't law enforcement do something?
