Because they grow up in a school system that preaches socialism and don’t teach the Constitution so, everyone is a parrot of their professors, and then move on to the working world and they are like robots. Once in a while you have a dissident that thinks differently. Republican on the other hand spend time with their kids teaching them what they don’t get in school, so they are individualists.

Liberalism is an easy choice. You feel therefore you are. Then when the government check comes in...You takes other peoples money...therefore you eat. Isn't that much easier than actually working for what you have and taking the time and effort to get your news from sources other than the NY Times or MSNBC.

Parallel thinking. They each apply their liberal beliefs to attack a problem and come up with similar approaches. That's why they can be categorized as "liberals." Same reason "neo-cons" say the same thing, or any group of like minded individuals.

Most liberals who attach artificial labels to themselves don't think for themselves; they just spew forth whatever their political propagandists tell them to say.
Most conservatives who attach artificial labels to themselves don't think for themselves; they just spew forth whatever their political propagandists tell them to say.
It's time that we stopped spreading all the hatred, bias, prejudice and bigotry that people like Al Franken and Rush Limbaugh spit out. That toxic poison is nothing more than Hitleresque Pabulum designed to brainwash the masses. As a nation, we should start working on uniting our citizenry instead of listening to all the 'talk show' media darlings whose only purpose is to keep us divided. -RKO- 10/05/07
