Speaking before the Mexican Congress, Elvira Arellano states, "The United States is the one who broke the law first. By letting people cross over without documents. By letting people pay taxes"

This is the most convoluted justification for committing a crime that I have ever heard. What makes it even worse is the fact that the Mexican Senate is urging President Calderon to send diplomatic communications to the US protesting her deportation. Mexican Sen. Humberto Zazue went so far as to say that the US violated international deportation accords. Am I the only one who is appalled by the gall displayed by Ms. Arellano and the Mexican officials?

my husband really wants to see his child he has been debating this for 10 years he pays child support and does everything the child mom tells him to. but it came to a point that it is getting out of hand. when he went to court to demand visitation it became a battle and instead of the benefit of the child it became a harrasment against me and my family. we need this to stop. it has been a year my husband lawyer is tired y know her lawyer is tired and i am tired of this. my husband told me to for us to make a settlement for her not to harras us no more, to continue the same amount of child support for the 5 years remaining and if the child wants to meet her family to do after she grows up also for her to sign a court oder saying that she wont raise or demand nothing if she does she will have to settle for visitation. we do not have no other choice. but for her to stop. is affecting our live and our child because she is asking question. will the law respect the settlement?

I am a highly qualified, very attractive recent M.B.A. who is working for a major financial services firm. My job is very well paying, and if I continue with this firm, should be extremely rewarding.

My problem is I sit in an open bullpen cubicle format, and one of my senior co-workers screams at me at least hourly for the absolute most minor things. She probably weighs between 250 and 275 pounds, and I feel she is trying to force me to quit because I get attention from the men at work and she see me as a threat.

She is very valuable to the company, and I have made my supervisor aware that this is unacceptable behavior. Everyone within earshot knows what is going on, but no one will say anything because she is very valuable to the company.

What should I do, I am not going to quit, however, I am not willing to let this disgusting woman continue to abuse me. Thanks.

Aside from the obvious (changing passwords etc etc.)

I mean in legal terms, is there anything that you can do through the court system?

Wouldnt this be an invasion of privacy or harrassment or something?

Also, how can I prove in no uncertain terms that my Yahoo was accessed through their computer while I was 2500 miles away from them?
Would Yahoo be able to help? Surely they can tell by the IP.

FYI.. My account was accessed from a person that I personally know and not very fond of to say the least.

I have conflicting answers on this one. When you are in Marine boot camp, can you send the money to your current personal account?

I was told by a Corporal (not the recruiter) that when he went in he had to open an account w/Ft Sill and no one had access to the money. (We are having the recruiter check on this - he isn't use to dealing w/recruits that have families).

Anyone with a family receives BAH and for 2 months separation pay. I don't understand why they would block access to the money when a family needs it to survive. Kinda pointless to join up if your family can't pay the bills for 3 months while you are gone. What do single people with bills do for 3 months?

Why are some Mayors NOT having the police departments notify Federal Authorities when an illegal immigrant has been arrested?
Violent criminals that are here illegal should NOT be allowed to stay in our country,so why are some in our Government enabling these dangerous people?
Can anyone give me a reasonable explanation why some Mayors are breaking the very laws they swore to enforce?

By email, I, as the president of a incorporated nonprofit, have offered State Social Services offices in 48 states a free website that may help their clients with information on how to set up a checking account, etc. They may or may not find the website relevant but at least they should send an acknowledgment. The name and their title appears in the subject line, it is NOT a mass emailing, and there are no attachments. Out of 48, only six responded with a thank you. Why don't they respond at all? Is there anything else I could have done to show it wasn't spam or porn?

My Ideas: 1 Give the citizens shares or stock in the oil industry.
Break up the oil industry into hundreds of parts or companies, give every Iraqi shares of each company equally.

Have no Iraqi Government involvement in the oil industry.

Let the locals police themselves and create local laws.

Have only a small Central Government with limited power.

We paid 1 trillion dollars to restore a new government there and what Bush installed is not acceptable.
We need to create a new government in Iraq. The Iraqi Government now has total controll of all resources. This is a dangerouse system The power structure curently set up is perfect for a new totalitarian system to evolve and I believe it was done intensionaly By Bush so they may controll it like they do in saudi Arabia and Pre 2001 Iraq.
What if All natural resources were controlled by the government here in the USA. Then the first person to win the election would simply would not fund opposition parties. Game Over.
