He's evil, as evil as a politician can get.

In 1970, while in college he broke into campaign office of a Democrat who was running for State Treasurer and stole letter head and printed fake fliers promising "free beer, free food, girls and a good time for nothing", then distributed them at rock concerts.
BTW He didn't graduate college.

could be both. but he makes the liberals nervous so I'd say he is just an evil man on a really worthwhile mission.

neither, just a man who was extremely good at what he was doing. he had/has the ability to envision what his employer needed and the ability to create a plan to help it to happen.

My opinion is that KKKarl is a "man with a mission." What is evil is that he was enabled by so many cynical, "moral" politicians.
