This is an upper middle class family. She has no other convictions. Would you sentence her to jail, probation and community service, or what? This scenario is going on in a Northern Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati. How would you feel if this was a family member of yours facing sentencing.? Judge threw out an earlier plea deal. How would you feel if your son was the victim of the sexual abuse and was still in the high school.?

If you acted that way toward people you had over for dinner, you'd rightly end up with a pie in your face. Where can we go for REAL debate in the spirit of democracy? Does it have to be the BBC or the Internet?
That's right, Bill O'Reilly is anti-democracy when he attempts to stifle the statements of others. Can you dweebs tell the difference between his televised editorials and real, hard, fact-based news? At least newspapers paste the word 'Editorial' above their opinions and identify them honestly.

I month in Iraq or fixing 3200 bridges & highway overpasses in America.

(As you know, the Highway Fund keeps all the federal gasoline taxes destined to build and mantain Americas' highway system. Some federal money is appropiated, additionally, to help the state with state roads.)

Right now, the $12 Billion mentioned are being spend in Iraq and are being borrowed and added to the federal deficit.

If you commit a war crime or anything while you are enlisted and get convicted and found guilty, do you get sent to any federal prison or do enlisted personnel go to a special military prison?

Also what do you guys think of the marine that was recently found guilty of murder in iraq and was sentenced to 15 years?
I think its embarrasing how a low life pos child molester can get 5 years or less but someone who was fighting for their country can get 15 years.

I am not saying that was he did was right cause it was terrible, but who are we to judge when most of us dont understand what these guys go through everyday in the desert.
I just think that justice in this "free" country is sometimes RIDICULOUS

For me I like Bill Clinton.

i recently heard that the government will step in and recover some of the money you have put into your auto in case of re-po. don't know if this is true but really need an answer. my car was towed while i was in the hospital having total hip replacement surgery. couldn't work before surgery due to excruciating pain upon walking so couldn't pay for car. i called the place that repoed it and they will not tell me where it is. i have personal things in the car that i am sure i will never recover. i am 72 years of age and need a car to go to work as soon as i totally recover from my surgery. i hope someone out there knows something about the gov't helping me to recover some of the payments i had put in the auto.
