They can affirm. I suppose they could swear on a holy book or object of their religion just as well as a Christian or Jew does on the Bible.

No, because no other faiths beside Christianity follow the Christian bible.

And courts in the US are not allowed to require people to swear on a Bible -- or on any holy book. And religious oaths are not required either -- a person is only required to affirm that they will speak the truth under penalty of perjury.

Many courts have stopped the process of using the Bible, except in areas that still try to advocate one dominant religion over all others. But most will also accommodate those who want to swear on some other book.

It doesn't matter. Do you think it makes any difference to an atheist to swear on a Bible?

We don't swear on the bible anymore, we just promise to speak the truth........ without the bible.
