I am taking about thing that should not matter to the people not involed with it like gay marrage, abortion, and where you can smoke. If it doesn't matter in your life why do we feel like we need to mess with what other people do. why can't we just let other people try to purse happiness

What other people? Other countries? We don't. Either do the right thing, or enemies abound. Americans are known for their hospitality to other nations, even towards our enemies, keeping trade, and our generosity alive. One would think that those who receive should be just a wee bit grateful, eh? But most of you all aren't. Complain, complain, complain, that Americans are snobby. Get your facts straight, and enter a life of reality, please.

Now that you have added details, I understand your question better. Thank you. You are right. No one, anyone, has a right to dictate morals to another, except, for one thing. There are more people un-accepting of gay marriage, than those who do. Some people feel that this "immoral" activity is being pushed into their faces, not just by Liberals, but by gays themselves into the political forum, and personally.
My brother is a gay man, but he does not flaunt himself, or mock straight people, if you will. He is what he is, and his family accepts him for it (although, I might add, Mother might freak if he mentioned marriage to her! LOL).
I live in a highly populated area with many folks who are gay, and although I personally have no grievances with their lifestyle, I don't like it when the "queens" call me girlfriend, twitch their hands at me in a feminine fashion, or if they attempt to taunt my 9 year old son. That is unacceptable, yet it happens all the time, where I live. Keep to yourself, don't push agendas, whatever they may be on others, and more people will come to accept those who are different, than they.

Another PS...Abortion is murder, plain, and simple. Why shouldn't good people try to stop the killing of innocents? We do it in war, Vietnam, Somalia, WWI, WWII, Korea, Haiti, Iraq, etc. If it grows, it lives. Cells grow, like trees, and plants. Why should we save a tree, but not a baby?

In many countries it is rude to speak in your mind. I was raised to speak my mind. I have learned also that in some cases one can not make a decision on just one person opinion that you need other opinions too. But then it really is not based on the country it based on how people are raised. So one can not say americans feel the need to voice there opinion, it is everyone who wants a voice.

I examine your rant and that i agree that its somewhat disgusting that there are ppl who hate the armed forces. And im no longer in basic terms talking in basic terms with reference to the united states of a yet in maximum situations besides. i think of one would desire to be pleased with thier u . s . a . and carry even a miles better satisfaction and appreciate for its armed forces. regrettably, right here in u . s . a ., its grow to be the norm to protest armed forces funerals, cut back to rubble the lyrics of the national anthem, and maximum awful, no longer help our troops, even in a time of conflict. Im ill of this, Its a surprisingly ****** up worldwide we are residing in while being a patriot at the instant is a dying breed. those protestors of conflict would desire to positioned down those signs and indications and %. up a historic previous e book and instill some wisdom in what they're opposing. Our armed forces has been protecting the land we eat sleep and breathe on for hundreds of years, too many ppl look to 4get that. in case you dont like the troops that safeguard your rights and provide you freedom, then do us genuine human beings a desire and get the hell out of OUR u . s . a .. pass someplace else the place your freedom of speech isn't prevalent or perhaps given. have exciting with that!! while those idiots have stupid **** to declare approximately our armed forces, its by using fact our armed forces gave them that suitable to open up thier mouths interior the 1st place. freedom isn't unfastened and not in any respect has been. whew, looks like i mandatory to permit off some steam too!! lol

Because if we have moral problems with something someone is doing, or with anything at all, we have a right to express our opinions. We have freedom of speech. I have very strong opinions about abortion and gay marriage and I can't imagine not speaking out about them. It's torturous to keep your opinions to yourself.

When gays shove their personal life style into our face, we are going to put our personal opinion forth so don't give me that BS. What good for the goose is good for the gander.

This is a long held tradition, from the Salem Witch trials to the abolitionist movement to the War on Drugs and the McCarthy era. Its either fear or ourtage of some kind or another that prompts this response.

The same reason the religious middle eastern fanatics do, just like the Communist do. Power!

In response to your additional comments I say this: I agree, I don't think we should try and push our views and democracy on others. We would react the same as they do to us pushing our beliefs on them. If say France, tries to always push their beliefs and Government we would just tell them to take a dive.

However, when others complain about how pushy Americans are, they gladly take our aid when they need it.

Because the Socialist believe they know what is best for you. They believe they can run your life better than you can. They believe in independent responsibility.
