Actually Lindsey G, there has been quite a bit of progress in Iraq. I am contact with soldiers serving there and the general consensus is the major news media, (Fox excepted) is not telling the whole story about Iraq, but instead just concentrating on the sensationalism of the killings. For the record America has fought battles lasting only days where there were far many more casualties than we have suffered in 52 1/2 months in Iraq. In some cases 12 times as many.

Why are you scared I mean you Conservatives are protecting us from terrorists in Iraq right? So why are you still saying they are a threat. This is typical Conservative hypocrisy. You try to say progress in Iraq (when being there is actually not accomplishing anything because we are only fighting local civilians who have become terrorists only since we have been there because they just want us out) but at the same time you cower in fear of terrorists. We will maintain composure and we will not lose our dignity just because of terrorists but people like you tend to disagree. If you want to feel safe then why won't you bring the troops home to protect us and our borders? Why live in fear and forget important issues? Okay let us just drop all issues that are important to our country right now....let us shut all of our businesses, stores, government, hospitals, police and fire stations down. Nothing really matters anymore...let go run inside our houses and hide because the terrorists are coming!
