If you list websites that would be great.. I tried a site but they needed a id # which for my state is a social securtiy number.. I didn't want to post that information online, so if there is another way I can do it, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

2500 years ago, the Athenians had the right idea. Every year, 500 citizens where chosen by a lottery, to be the congress for a year. Our carrier politicans don't do any good, becasue they can't speak out, or make decisions, even if they want too.

I say corporations, because I am noticing more and more hispanic sounding companies, ex: Veolia, La quinta.

I'm also noticing a huge amount of spanish language on products, commercials, etc.

I don't buy for one minute that these products target hispanic users. I see this as a sort of social engineering project to further open the borders.

I am currently an upcoming senior in college. When i was 16 years old i was arrested and convicted for being in a fight, it was self defense on my part however both parties of the alleged incident were convicted and we served 10 days community service.

I am very concerned about getting a job after graduation and if this will affect my marketability to a company. Most companies do not hire anyone with a criminal record at all.

Will this ever go off my record? It's been about 6 years i am in NY state? Is there any way to request this off my record? will it ever go off? I have not been in trouble since.

Next friday is the state inspection of the daycare I work at. We were informed by the director that it is a state law in Pennsylvania that we are not allowed to leave the building during inspection and if we do we immediatly get terminated. Is this really a state law. If so, does the place of employment have to provide a lounge or something for staff. The staff as of right now only has a small wicker couch in the lobby, that's it.

No one would be forced to vote. But maybe they would have greater opportunity to vote. Perhaps a longer period of time. Or maybe internet voting, or some other things that make it easy and convenient.

Its sad that generally less than half of all Americans vote. Poor people rarely vote.

How can we get more people to vote?

Divide between civil society & political in Islam is sometimes unsustainable. Popular goals are liberation from colonization & imperialism. If rebellion follows Iran model which two other
fundamentalisms, Christian & Jewish, will regime populists
mainly desire imperialist & racist 3rd world accountability?

Do you blame Bush?

The congress and senate?

Who?

Having only seen the movies, I can see that many of the characters are strikingly similar to politicians and influential people in our everyday life. (Like the Head Mistress who does the hostile take-over at Hogwarts - she reminds me of the current secretary of Education under the Bush administration... Margaret Spellings)

see her picture here: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.nndb.com/people/892/000079655/spellings-2-sized.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.nndb.com/people/892/000079655/&h=328&w=218&sz=20&hl=en&start=4&um=1&tbnid=CzaV6XHgJDXICM:&tbnh=118&tbnw=78&prev=/images%3Fq%3DMargaret%2BSpellings%26svnum%3D10%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN

For those who don't know - Margaret Spellings is the one who withdrew funding for PBS, and NPR (claiming that it was gay mind control) and helped Bush to set up "No Child Left Behind"

A shipper asked a truck driver to deliver a shipment of chemicals and to protect them from freezing while en route. the driver assured the shipper that he chemicals would be carried in heated trucks. When the shipper learned that the shipment had been damaged in transit by freezing, she demanded payment from the trucking company.

Here are my questions...Did the truck driver have any authority to assure the shipper that the chemicals would be protected from freezing? Would the trucking company be responsible for the damaged chemicals? And lastly, Was the truck driver acting as an agent?

Thank you for the help.
