You'd have to call the Post Office and ask them that question. It also depends on how much it weighs. Regular size and weight wouldn't be too bad. I mail letters to my cousin in France and it cost about 90 cents for the average letter. I think it's 1 1/2 oz. or less. She sends me post cards from places she visits and it cost her 90 cents. Her mother sent her a 2 lb. bag of corn meal and it cost $20. They can't get corn meal in France. Then, they turned around and sent her another one.
The P.O. will tell you on the phone what it will cost if you tell them the weight and place. You can drop it in the mail box as long as it's not over 13 oz.

Your letter would be introduced as regularly occurring. The USPS will return it for inadequate postage, yet would not care approximately including too plenty postage. If it rather is in many situations a topic, you may desire to look right into a postage meter with an integrated scale. It weighs the mail for you and immediately provides the staggering quantity of postage.

Your life, unless your could just slip it out the door thru the mail slot. Oh, phew, for a moment there I thought they had changed my avatar. I took a long time picking that one out. It was the best they had and there was only one left.
