both congress and President Bush are equally to blame for this war, unless your memory is to short to remember, they were given bum information by the Israeli Mossad, and were stupid enough to believe it or were forced to accept it, as the Zionist own our political system from the President to our local level, Aipac the political arm of the Zionist lobby, tells our politicians what and when to do practically every thing they do and if they don't then they will not be reelected, as they also own the news media which is a very very strong entity, and can and do sway people the way they desire, just consider all of the politicians who tried to buck them ,they are no longer around, so actually when you ask who is responsible ? the Zionist , and their lobby's and influence over America,

Bush, then the congress and senate. We should have been able to take saddam And his sons out without taking over their country. Take out the bad guys if you must but Leave. we wouldn't be in hock to China for the next 100 years.

I blame whoever put together the intelligence (and apparently that was several countries combined) that agreed there were WMD's in Iraq.

Congress.

They could end the occupation any time they want -- simply by cutting off funding. No veto concerns. because without Congressional approval, no more funding. Period.

They simple refuse to do the job they were elected to do.
