If people started a OneVoiceMovement over here and enough people joined the people could dictate a lot more of what they want and politicians would have to go along. I think people lack imagination or something.

Congress won't -- they have shown themselves (as a whole, with very few exceptions) to be corrupt and spineless and too interested in their own PR to fulfill their constitutional obligations.

And even if King George does hand over the reigns and step down sometime over the next few years, the next president inherits all that power and all that ability to break the laws.... the longer it stays, the more it accumulates.

Which is why everyone should (but does not) realize this is not a partisan issue.

Forever...this Congress has no spine. It is filled with windsocks who simply go with the prevailing winds. The President thumbs his nose at this useless Congress, because they honestly deserve nothing but contempt.

They care nothing for the job they are elected to do...which makes their primary goal all the more ridiculous...be RE-ELECTED.

Truly Kafka couldn't write a more frustrating novel than the impotency of the American Congress.
