What so you think was The Confederacy's best chance for winning the Civil War and when did they go wrong? Personally I Think it was Lee's refusal to go along with Longstreet's strategy during the Gettysburg Campaign, but I want to know what you think.

Hmm, isn't this the same clown who came to the USA and criticized it's President? Typical lefty: he can dish it out but can't take it

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -- President Hugo Chavez has said that foreigners who publicly criticize him or his government while visiting Venezuela will be expelled from the country.

Government opponents argue Chavez -- a close ally of Cuban leader Fidel Castro -- is becoming increasingly authoritarian and cracking down on dissent as he steers oil-rich Venezuela toward what he calls "21st-century socialism."

"President Hugo Chavez said Sunday that foreigners who publicly criticize him or his government while visiting Venezuela will be expelled from the country"

Was Hugo Chavez ever expelled for criticizing the Bush Administration during his stay in the US?

Does Hugo Chavez think that he is making matters better in his country with these antics?

If there are any Hugo Chavez supporters on Yahoo....PLEASE explain me your defense of this man. I am sooo interested in hearing what you have to say.

Hello.

I am a faithful catholic.

I do not understand why gays are constantly discriminated against in the church. If 2 people truely love each other why is it considered unacceptable for them to be denied marriage, the adoption of children etc?

Many republicans have called gays a threat to the American family. I do not understand this. Most gays I know are not attacking American families and forcing them to watch gay pornography.... lol.

Isn't the real threat to the American family things such as divorces television etc?

I find it strange that republicans act so family focused yet republican states have divorce rates 3 times higher than liberal states!!

I understand that many of you conservatives consider homosexuality immoral, but all of my gay friends say that if they had a choice they would be straight, but that is just how they are.

P.S. - I'm not gay, but believe that everyone should have the right to be happily married... man or woman.

Thanks.

If I get cancer my insurance company will pay for almost all of the bills, but if I want to stop using tobacco by using Chantix I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. (I did and it works) Seems to me that they'd want you to help you quit than have to pay big bills later on. It's no way to run a busisness.

When a judge releases a rapist of a 7 year old child because "no translator could be found", which political ideology does this judge most likely reflect? Conservative? Or liberal? Will other rapes take place because of this judge? If so, should the judge be disbarred and or imprisoned?

ROCKVILLE, Md. — The prosecutor in the case of a Liberian native charged with repeatedly raping and molesting a 7-year-old girl said Monday that he is filing an appeal of a controversial judge's ruling that dismissed all charges because an interpreter who spoke the suspect's rare West African dialect could not be found.

We know the senior George Bush was openly talking favorably about the New World Order. Do any of you know whether or not his son, GWB, feels the same way? That is, is he OPEN about his feelings, which must also be in favor of the NWO?

When I try to submit the answer or my opinion to the question, it says, yahoo has removed this question. The question was dogging the usa and I simply put my response. Why can't we express ourself? It is afterall just an opinion..We no longer have the freedom of expression!!

Everyone's always saying they want a smaller government--a government that doesn't meddle in people's personal choices. Drinking and driving is a personal choice, and the government has no business devising laws to curb it.

my brother and his fiance just moved to DC, and her new employer told them that they will reimburse up to $2000 for moving expences. they asked me to help them move, telling me that they would be able to pay me a few hundred for my time. everything else cost them $1400, so theres $600 left that they would be able to give me. however, my brother just called me and said that it has to be paid to a registered business, which i am not. would it be possible to get this money legally? i was wondering if it would be a good idea to just look into what i would need to do to register as a legal business, since if it would only cost a few hundred, it would be worth it if it worked, but they moved a few months ago, so im not sure if that would work out. does anybody have any ideas? thanks for the help.
