No, we also pay the president's salary and traveling expenses and everything else that involves the president, same thing we've done for every president. Taxpayer dollars were also used to defend Bill Clinton in his impeachment trials. So whats your point?

No, veterans are suing a government entity, the Veteran's administration. It seems perfectly reasonable to use government money to defend a government entity.

No, they are suing the gov't. (V.A.) where else would it come from? Of course it gets filed in the 9th...No surprise there...

Blue Ridge, I didn't see Bush named in the lawsuit....Only the VA and Nicholson...

If they're secret, how do you know about them? Hmmm, do I smell collusion? LOL!!

The VA is under the jurisdiction of congress.

As they are suing the government it is the taxpayers that will have to pay any judgment so no, it doesn't surprise me.

WELL IT IS AGAINST OUR GOVERNMENT SO WHO PAYS THE BILLS FOR THE GOVERNMENT. THE TAX PAYER.
THAT ASIDE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR NOT HELPING THE WARRIORS THAT GO TO COMBAT FOR US.
