When a judge releases a rapist of a 7 year old child because "no translator could be found", which political ideology does this judge most likely reflect? Conservative? Or liberal? Will other rapes take place because of this judge? If so, should the judge be disbarred and or imprisoned?
ROCKVILLE, Md. — The prosecutor in the case of a Liberian native charged with repeatedly raping and molesting a 7-year-old girl said Monday that he is filing an appeal of a controversial judge's ruling that dismissed all charges because an interpreter who spoke the suspect's rare West African dialect could not be found.

corygryph you're a braindead piece of human offal. they could have found a reason to keep in JAIL until a translator would be found. you're a real winner.

Liberal, since he thinks the rights of the criminal outweigh those of the victim. No, I am not implying that all liberals think like that, but some do.
That is just frightening.

So there is no gray area? The judge either is lib or con? Have you already figured out a defense in case it's a conservative judge? But deep down you're hoping it's a liberal judge so you can criticize ALL libs........
btw, do you know that laws pertaining to this situation?

I heard this on the news and think its terrible. The man will just go out and repeat his brutal crimes, and the community will live in fear. I don't know and don't care about the judge's political slant, but I suppose she believes she is obeying the law. If so, this law needs to be changed to allow for special circumstances. Next time he commits a rape, and he will, we'd better send him back to Liberia. Sadly, brutality there is not such a big deal.

It means the judge is following the law.
If you're implying that only liberals follow the law, and that a conservative judge would have ignored constitutional requirements and proceeded anyway -- consider what that says about the judge who ignores the constitution.

THAT'S JUST HOW CORRUPT THE MARYLAND SYSTEM IS. MONTGOMERY COUNTY RESIDENTS THOUGHT DOUG DUNCAN WAS THE REASON THE SYSTEM WAS CORRUPT, QUESS NOT. WITH ALL THE LIBERIANS ALLOVER MARYLAND, I DON'T BELIEVE FOR A SECOND THEY COULDN'T GET A TRANSLATOR. WHAT OF THE EVIDENCE? SHOULD THAT NOT BE ENOUGH TO LOCK HIS *** UP IN CLARKSBURG DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE REALLY BELONGS? THAT'S WHY I MOVED OUT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY. TOO MUCH CRIME AND THE LAW IS MORE IN FAVOR OF THE CRIMINALS AND NOT THE VICTIMS. THE POLICE, THE COURTS, I MEAN THE WHOLE MONTGOMERY COUNTY SYSTEM IS ****** UP COMPARED TO 20YEARS AGO!

I think the judge was trying to be a judge. Besides, you'd better check a source other than Fox News to get what really happened. Fox News has never reported a story without putting their political slant on it.
