You can get a copy of your birth certificate from the County where you were born...some Counties house at the Recorders Office and other in Office of Vital Statistics or Health Dept., but the County Recorder would be a good start. Nearly all Counties charge for certified copies of birth certificates and fees vary from a few dollar to up to $25, depending on what County.
Your parents would have to have your social security number on their tax returns if they are claiming you as a dependent; if they have had an accountant prepare the return, then the accountant would have the number and you could get it from them.
If you do not have a driver's license and one other form of id (usually accept a current health insurance card), it is highly likely that your parents will have to file for a duplicate social security card by filling out a simple form and it is best to visit your local office; they could do so by mail but they usually want an originals of documents so they can view/authenticate them and it is not worth the possibility of them being lost in the mail or swiped as they could be used for identity theft.
