. . . in Iraq so desperately need? At nearly a half-million dollars each, these vehicles with v-shaped hulls, are virtually impervious to I.E.D's---now causing 70 to 80% of the deaths and injuries. Is 500 grand too much to protect the safety and lives on up to 12 soldiers per vehicle? Is the life of an American soldier not worth $40,000 a piece?

can i, work for the company i was when my injury occured because of the owner filing bankruptcy, he sold the name of the window company to a group of people up north from me ( I live in San Diego)??? Now my workers compensation claim has been paid to me and i also received a 14% disabillity rating. my doctor sugested in his C & R that i should avoid any type of bending, stooping, lifting, etc. because it was a fracture of my l1 vertebre with a spinal commpresion of over 25%. im 27yrs young and am honestly stronger and morefocased than pre injury, and would have little difficulty jumping back into it. can I? Is the new manegement obligated to any type of employment like limmited duty is with the original company??

When I join the Navy is it 2 years active duty, or 4? I don't care about the reserve stuff afterwards. I would like to serve 2 and get out so I can grow my hair out among other things.

Molten metal pools were found at the bottom of all three debris fields on 911. And the steel stayed in liquid form for over a month.

Scientific fact: An open air jet fuel fire can reach a maximum temperature of 1200*F.

Scientific fact: It takes a temperature in excess of 2750*F to melt steel, and you can only achieve that temperature using a controlled blast furnace, or using thermite explosives.

It's a scientific question that requires a scientific answer. It's not a question about who did something, or why they did it. It's only about what caused the steel to melt.

repercussions?? Isn't at least a ticket standard?

A police officer arrived at 10:30 pm, asking if I was her. I said no, that she doesn't live here anymore (she's been gone 1 mo. as I told him) and he looked surprised. He said she just called with a missing cell phone report (I didn't even know that you could call in for something as stupid as that!!??!!)... and gave this address. I said "Police respond to that?" He said "We have to, it's a request for service." (WOW.. I don't get that.)
Well the point of all of this is I am wondering what they are going to do to her for wasting their time and taxpayers' money. She gave the wrong address, knowing that she doesn't live here anymore... I'm sure just to get me pissed off by having me awakened. But the officer didn't seem to mind!!

WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO TO HER? And if nothing, can I complain and get the process rolling? What can be done?

I -think- she moved to Arizona.
