I have what appears to be a basal cell carcinoma is like a mole, but is not raised. They are commonly non-malignant, although I have had malanoma on my back and that is some scary stuff. My question is when I enter the Navy will a Doc remove this thing? Because it will be visible once I ge my melon head shaved. It's on my head BTW
Thanks in advance
I have no money for a dermatologist.

you will need to present ALL of your medical records. the doctors will make a determination of whether or not they will allow you to enlist based on your medical history.

it will NOT be removed unless it becomes a medical issue. (biopsy test indicate malignant, for example). BUT if they test for it and they discover that you failed to disclose, or they determine you had it prior to enlisting, you will be discharged anyway.

If you get in the Navy they treat for everything. They even prescribed medication for my son's acne. They also give you shots for diseases you may never encounter and a dose of penicillin, just in case. (My son is allergic to penicillin so he got to skip that, which made him very happy.)

Note: Jake is totally wrong. They give you a physical before they accept you. Once you're in they treat whatever was or is or may become wrong with you; because they cleared you for admittance with the physical.

They won't treat any pre-existing conditions. Your responsible for anything that came before you joined. Good luck your on your own!
