Will the world end if Hilary Clinton becomes the president of the United States of America? I know my life will. But no offense to her. Do you want a democrat or republican?

I am in need of some advice and I don't know who to ask. My husband was rear ended at a stop light on early Friday morning as he was waiting for the light to change to enter our subdivision (this was at 3:00am, comming home from work). The truck is not drivable. Luckily, he was ok. The driver was a young woman with her 10 year old kid. They were not hurt either. She told the police she was on her way home. (This was a lie because she doesn't even live in our subdivision). She acted a little off, like under the influence- officer ignored this. My husband explained she didn't have her lights on either. He didn't comment. He then started asking my husband all sorts of questions, like where were you going? Where were you stopped at? How did your truck wind up all the way over here?. She plowed right in to him with full force without any lights on, yet we seem to be the bad guys????

And why does anyone really care about legalities when there seems to be no unity in a country of anti-cultural backgrounds?
And one more thing. By being mutli or "anti-culturable" do you think that it helps prevent terrorist [foriegn and otherwise] from approaching us in general?

The office is president of the senate, but I always thought it was part of the executive branch and not congress. Am I incorrect on this.

I was told yesterday that an incident occurred in Galway, Ireland, at an air show. The door of an helicopter fell off, injuring a civilian, but the helicopter belonged to the Army (Not sure if the details are correct.) However, this is just an example.

Anyway, the question is, if the civilian is the victim, and the Army (as an organisation) is sued by this civilian, is this a case for the civilian courts or the military court martial?

I always thought that courts martial was strictly for internal issues within the army, military for military. If civilians are involved, then it's not a matter for the courts martial, unless it's to do with besmirching the name of the army, or dishonourable behaviour?

If I am wrong, Please enlighten me. Thanks.

Does stop loss typically only apply to those on active duty or is there a widespread problem of involuntary retention even though your 8 years are up?
