Probably not, but it is definitely sexual harassment.

I don't think it is rape, since she was neither forced for sex nor forced to accept that particular job! There are plenty of jobs (be them lower paid) out there in the market! Moreover, she was mentally prepared as she knew what was going to happen with her. It is rather a deal.
No use repenting now!

No i don't think so.Once the person consented it's not rape but it could pass for sexual harassment or something along those lines

It's sexual harrassment, and it opens up her employer to huge lawsuit, as well as an investigation by the government.
It's not rape because the sex was consensual, with both parties agreeing for it to happen.
Have your friend speak with an attorney.

It is sexual harassment, not rape. It can still be prosecuted. Rape is forced sex. While she may have felt she had no other choice, in reality she did have a choice. There are other jobs out there.

If she was willing it is not rape she should have just reported it! Or got a tape recorder and hide it and tape him telling her that would be at her best interest! and get him with the recorder

unless she said NO to the sex then most will not consider it a rape , perhaps sexual harassment, but probably not rape

hell yes, its blackmail and duress, the boss should b charged, fired and sued. if she was fired, both to get her job back and for a civil, monitary, judgement from the boss. like when a city employee causes damage, u sue them and the city, basically, u name all the partties involved.

It's extortion and sexual harassment for sure. Rape will be harder to prove.
