I am confused. The Senate is voting today on the reform bill that could make 12-20 million undocumented workers legal BUT I also read that people who committed felonies were not eligible. So... if they have entered the country illegally, falsified the I-9 government form to get hired, stole, bought or used a social security number that was not thiers.... HOW in the heck would anyone qualify anyway? Are these "little" identity theft and government offenses going to be overlooked? I am all for legal immigration but I am wondering how many of the 12-20 million would qualify if these issues are dealt with first. Will they be? It seems unfair to the people who did come here the legal way and now may have to GET IN LINE behind people who only care about getting what they want at the expense of others. Those are not the people I think will make good Americans.

tapes of passengers' phone calls, and the flight data recorders recovered from the crash determined that crew and passengers, alerted through phone calls to loved ones, had attempted to overpower the hijackers. The Commission concluded that the hijackers crashed the plane to keep the crew and passengers from gaining control.
United 93 flight path The other three planes hijacked on September 11, 2001 were American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175 and American Airlines Flight 77. Unlike the other three flights, four, not five, hijackers were on board Flight 93.Ziad Jarrah (Lebanese), pilot
Ahmed al-Haznawi (Saudi)
Ahmed al-Nami (Saudi)
Saeed al-Ghamdi (Saudi)
Of these, Ahmed al-Haznawi was the only hijacker selected on United Airlines Flight 93 . His checked bags underwent extra screening for explosives, with no extra scrutiny at the passenger-security checkpoint. Since he didn't have a bomb in his luggage, he was not stopped. He did, presumably, have a box cutter

Senator Hillary Clinton (D) now has the highest level of base support among the major candidates running for President. Twenty-nine percent (29%) say they would definitely vote for the former First Lady if she's on the ballot in 2008. However, Clinton is also just one point below the highest level of core opposition this month--46% say they would definitely vote against her. On that count, only Senator Joe Biden (D) scores higher (47% would definitely vote against Biden).

Will those individuals still be allowed a pathway to citizenship even if they have committed serious crimes in our country? If subsequently they commit a crime, is there a clause that says they are deported indefinately? I think this is important to know and can not find the answer.

Paparazzi take pictures that I would assume are without the subject's approval. Private Investigators can also do the same when they are tracking a subject. I understand that taking it on private property is probably more of an issue, but if someone is out in the open on public land, is it legal or can you get into a world of trouble? Please provide sources/examples for answers, not just speculations.

I bought a car for 3500 dollars. Its a 97 with 78000 miles. The other day, a lady rammed right into me. I sent the claim to my insurance company and they are only going to give me 1500 dollars (what they say my car is worth). I dont want a different car. I love my car... The cost to fix it is 1800 dollars. Can I sue the lady who hit me to pay the other 300 to get my car fixed or no? I just dont feel like I should have to fork out any ammount of money when it was due to her negligence. I have a police report claiming that it was her fault. I just dont know...

What about all of those people who serve like 20 years because the DA and crime labs falsified evidence. At least one of those people get out of jail every week. I would be pissed if I was those guys but that DA is a school boy compared to some of those crooked DA's who knowingly convict innocent people. Some of them received life sentience and even the death penalty.

Is it just me or are we American way too soft?

Illegal alliens protesting on our street, disrepecting the American people, disrepecting our flag and yet our government let it countinue, and didn't do anything ro stop the chaos. They're burning our flag and it cause my blood to boil. If those illegal are doing it at another country they would be DEAD by now because other countries don't tolerate that kind crap! and neither should we!.

I feel that it is time that our government stand up and be more aggressive. The next time illegal protesting and causing chaos, they should send out riot-control troops to launch tear gas at them, round them up and get rid of them!. If our goverment won't do anything about it, we American citizen need to stand up and get rid of the illegal ourself!

And don't give me that crap about "the right to protest" and "freedom of speech". Those rights belong to LEGAL US cititzen ONLY!, not illegal!.

I personally feel that America in general is being WA
