Yes, ridiculous isn't it how we are paying rogue nations to stop their nuclear program?

Instead we ought to be bombing them back to the stone age

because not every country has the ridiculously large amounts of $$$ it takes to start a nuclear program

Uranium is not cheap, even on the black market. Most the countries that have it, got it from the US (North Korea for example).

yep that's how it works...and they don't use the money to pay off debts. back in the 60's there was a movie..."the mouse that roared", the story was of a bankrupt little country that decides to declare war on the U.S., invade, surrender and then reap the benefits. check it out if you get the chance, it's funny.
