Evil policies can be upheld anywhere, as long as the people are willing to let them be upheld. It doesn't matter whether the country is communist or not, communist governments are what they are, intended to do good for the people, but often, power corrupts...all too often I should say.

You need to take a reality pill.
Communism isn't "dictatorship". They are two seperate things. Not to mention that just because you don't live in or like a communist form of government doesn't mean it is evil. It is different. It is a preference, but it is not evil.
Just to give you an example, John Lennon was a communist - pure and simple. And he wrote the song "imagine". THAT is a song that explains the basis of communism. Take a listen. That is the least evil song I have heard.

Evil policies can be upheld in democratic governments. Look at the Jim Crow laws that existed in the United States until the 1960s.

It is rare that a communist country remains communist for more than a few decades. It's an economic disaster.

No, they generally remain communist because they have the backing of the military, otherwise, how could they stay in power.

No, the Bush Administration has shown that evil policies can even take hold in democratic societies. Fortunately, that time is coming to an end.
