I think most conservatives would agree that Mary Cheney is not qualified to run for President just because she is the VP's wife.....Oh wait. thats Hillary's only qualification isn't it? Being married to Bill?

What is your scenario? Is she running as a Republican? Who is she running against? Are you talking about the primaries? Or the general election?
Hate to point this out, but liberal men are the ones who are stereotyped as being "girlie". Republicans don't really have candidates who spend $400 at beauty shops.

1st I'm a conservative, I think the name calling is beneath you (or perhaps not)
2ndly I would vote for a woman no matter what. she is as long as she keeps my taxes low, and our military strong.
