Wait he is not part of the executive branch is he by his own Statements . House Democratic Caucus Chairman Rahm Emanuel
issued the following statement regarding his amendment to cut funding
for the Office of the Vice President from the bill that funds the
executive branch.
Could we finally have a Democrat with something between his legs a set of balls big enough to handle Dick with .

The Vice President's office is funded by the Senate, so Rahm isn't going to have a lot of luck with that tactic. There may be some staffers in the office paid through the Executive Branch, so I guess he could get them canned.

Emanuel may have balls, but it seems his brains are lacking.

Cheney won't be in office much longer. His fate is to leave in shame and ignonimy.

Pretty soon, his pacemaker will need to be replaced, and then he'll use it as an excuse to sleaze out of the office he so tenaciously corrupted.

But history will remind future generations of what a gutless nutcase he was, and how instrumental his manipulations were in bringing down the country.

I'd rather have Charlie Manson as a neighbor than that fat loser.
