This article is about the first wave of iraq immigrates coming to america. do you view this as differently than you do the current illegal immigrates in this country. I won't say my feelings about this because I want to know how everyone else feels compared to me.

The Iraqis are coming here legally. I welcome legal immigrants to come here to assimilate and live. It sounds like the first man wants to come and assimilate.

Humans are migrating animals. Trying to stop the flow of people from one region to another is pointless.
Not even the mine fields and barbed wire stopped people from crossing the Iron Curtain all the time.
We have been a migrant species since we came into existence. That's why we have covered the whole planet.
Migrating is, in humans, a very strong instinct.

I view it as different. The Iraqis are fleeing their war-torn country. They aren't explicitly coming here to work, and they are coming here through more legal channels.
The illegals are coming here explicitly to work, and are sneaking over.
