If you feel that it should be up to the person doing or not doing it instead of the governments then speak your mind also

my dad and his wife have been together for many years, before they got married my stepmother bought a bar and it was only in her name. she owed it for 2 years then my dad and her got married. she has cancer and the drs give her only a few months to live, so they sold the bar, my dad and her have been married for 10 years and the bar was still in her name when she sold it she put all of the money in an account so that my dad couldnt get to it. she is leaving the funds to her kids. my dad worked so much at the bar and put so much time and money into it too. can my dad do anything about this? its just wrong for her to do that to him.

That if gun laws were stricter it would've stopped Cho? No! It would've made it harder for him, and maybe it wouldn't have happened this soon, but it still would've happened! He still would've gotten the guns! Just because he bought them completely legally doesn't mean he would've had trouble getting them illegally. It's by making the gun laws easier, and making it easy for someone that's a good person to have a gun to defend themselves that you make people safer. Because someone that's gonna break the law, will break the law, whether the law helps them break the law in the first step of that or not.

I recently got a letter in the mail stating that I had to attend jury duty. Unfortunately, I was very busy being a full-time student and forgot about jury duty? Am I going to be in tons of trouble? If so, what are the consequences? Is there anyway to get myself out of this mess?

Why do people seem to care about what Alec Baldwin said to his daughter or what Sheryl Crow says. No one takes hollywood celebs seriously so why are people making a big fuss about it.

I've been working for the same employer for almost ten years. Until last year, I always received excellent performance reviews? Since then my immediate supervisor has become increasingly more abusive towards me. Even though the customers I work with continue to be happy with my work, my supervisor continually criticizes my performance. When the problem first began, I contacted HR and they told me that I needed to stand up for myself. When the abuse became worse, I contacted them again, and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. Other employees have had the same problem with this supervisor. What should I do next?

Liberals have been warned, in no uncertain terms, by the Senate Majority leader Harry Reid to keep their anti-gun views silent.

This would appear to be a tacit admission by the anti-gun Left that they have been defeated in the public arena.

In other news, the Supreme Court ruled against partial-birth infanticide and while a majority of Republicans surveyed are aware of this and support the decision, 65% of Democrats surveyed were not even aware of the decision to begin with!

I answered the following question yesterday: "Why Is Rove such a cry baby?"

Below is my answer. How was this in any way offensive? Why do people get answers deleted just because they don't agree with your answer?

don't know, as your statement is so general, it is currently impossible to answer. Does he cry when he gets an injury? I don't know him, do you? Does he cry when his favorite sports team loses? Again, I, nor you know him. Are you talking about a stance he might have on a political issue? Well then the intelligent thing to do on your part is to state the issue, his reaction, the context in which it happened, and how it was reported. Therefore the rest of us can attempt to answer your ridiculously unnecessary question.
