Seriously? Would the world be speaking german and hailing der furher? Millions of civilians died in that war too, should the US and UK have pulled out?

It sickens me to see the bleeding heart liberal BS on this board, with no support for the men and women in uniforms overseas (if you did support the troops, you wouldnt be constantly whining to bring them home, rather, supporting thier mission and giving them the knowledge a nation is fighting in spirit with them).

1) Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy. (The passing of the USA Patriot Act on Oct 26 2001.)

2) Create a Gulag (Guantanemo Bay)

3) Develop a thug caste. (Outsourced security contractors)

4) Set up internal surveillance .( Phone taps on citizens, emails scrutinized etc.)

5) Harass citizens' groups. (Target peaceful protests anti war rallies, meetings etc etc.

6) Engage in arbitary detention and release. (Scare people and target them for security searches if they fly. Australian (first allies into Iraq !) mandatory detention and detainee abuses !

7)Target 'key' individuals. (Toe the line or lose your job ! )

8) Control the press. (Punish journalists who rightly portray Bush as the criminal that he is.)

9)Treat dissenters as guilty of treason.

10) Suspend the rule of law. (U.S.President effectively becomes dictator).

All in all a 'closing down of society' ? Correct ? Well now... Does this not smack of the tactics used by Hitler and Mussolini ?

Please also look at the pictures your "freedom and democracy" has brought to these innocent children.

Did you see this unbelievable story yet ?
A Lewiston Maine Middle School has suspended a child because he put a ham sandwich , which was in a lunch-bag, on a cafeteria table where Muslims often sit !!
AND, the school is already calling it a 'Hate Crime' !!
The reports that I saw acknowledge that the child did do t on purpose, but only as a child-like prank . Sure, they could've told him not to do it anymore, and perhaps taught him why , but they suspended him until further notice.
To add more lunacy to the story , the principal. . . . now get ready for this , the principal has decided to organize an "Anti-Ham Response Plan". . . LMAO all the way to kingdom come !! The principal went on to say that children need to learn that 'ham' is not a toy .

What on God's green earth do you think of this one ?

I was in Iraq as a combat medic in 2004, and it seems like the people that aren't fighting want us to leave. Vietnam was the same way. Every one of us knew what we were getting in to, I guess they want to wait until some terrorist sets off a suitcase nuke in one of our cities.

I will state right off that I am not a fan of President Bush Jr. It popped into my head that this particular President we have a extremist viewpoint. People either hate him or love him with no room in between.

Does anyone else find this curious? Does anyone else find it odd that to question Bush or give less than 3000% support results in you being a "commi liberal #@$% traitor"? Isn't it odd that less than 3000% hatred of Bush makes you a "Nazi fascist, Hitler worshipper"?

Does anyone know why this particular President has to be the 2nd coming or the Devil when other Presidents we can look at as men with good+bad traits?
