According to norml.org (http://norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4566), it says that it is a class c misdemeanor with no incarceration time. Does this mean if a cop catches me with a marijuana pipe I will basically just get a citation and not be arrested? Serious answers only please.

So, if the body came in as a John Doe (unidentified) but then the medical examiner pinned an ID on him, how would he contact that persons family? Is there some kind of system with information like that? or would he contact a hospital or something to dig up the name of the dead guy from the hospitals files and see if they had a phone number of someone that he knew.
I'm a bit uncertain and would appreciate help.

The guys I work with just dog her but they won't in front of me. I tell them I'm republican and vote for the person, however I will never ever support Hilary. But they keep doing it. This is going to drive me crazy if she gets the domination. I hate bumper stickers but I'm getting one that says "Hilary for dog catcher" so I can join their political conversations. I have no problem with a woman president but I do prefer a man because they are just tougher and taken more seriously.

More detail: The machine was faulty, I caught up with the car park attendant, and told her the paying machine was faulty on level 2, and that there would be a couple of cars there that hadnt paid the 20p/hour charge, she phoned her office about it. Half an hour later when I got back to my car, it had a ticket, to pay £60 or £30 within two weeks! I complained to the main office, they told me to write in and challenge it, I did so, and their letter reply was that I would have to pay. Now I want to know what to do about this, its infuriating, all because the machine wouldnt take my 20p! Ive now spent more on phone calls and letters. Personally I think its legal theft.

WASHINGTON - An Army Ranger who was with Pat Tillman when the former football star died by friendly fire said Tuesday he was told by a higher-up to conceal that information.

"I was ordered not to tell anyone," U.S. Army Spc. Bryan O'Neal told the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

He said he was given the order by then-Lt. Col. Jeff Bailey, the battalion commander who oversaw Tillman's platoon.

Pat Tillman's brother Kevin was in a convoy behind his brother when the incident happened, but didn't see it. O'Neal said Bailey told him specifically not to tell Kevin Tillman that the death was friendly fire rather than heroic engagement with the enemy. Bush wanted to make the war popular so they came up with these lies. Bush says this is the American way.

And if there are not any rules and guideline for them to follow who is there to make sure that they are not bias or offensive to other people cultures and beliefs by saying what is and is not acceptable at a public middle school
