I was setup last night at a gas station, two guys approached me and asked me to buy them some beer and I made the mistake of saying yes. When I came out I told them to go around the building I would give it to them there. When I gave it to them I was stormed upon by local police and issued a citation for purhasing alcohol for a minor. It says a mistermeaner and I have to go to the superior court. I live in Sonoma County which is in N. California. I just want to know what do you think will happen? A fine, probation, community service? I dont know as this is my first offense ever, i have absolutely no priors.

And on another note I just wanted to say that I feel cheated by our government, I know what I did was wrong but come on there's rapist, murders, terrorists, and all sorts of bad people at there but there setting up stings to bust people for buying alcohol, I mean come on give me a break. Spend those tax dollars a little better then that.

Is this just proof the Democrats will be running for president in areas that they already have support? Why not take a debate on Fox? I have never seen a republican turn down a debate on CNN? Is this just proof they do not have a platform?

I took a drug screen at my probation office, and it came up "positive", i havent smoked in at least 2 years. It had one bar full and the second bar was faded alittle bit. what does that mean? I heard that it was inconclusive. But he gave me a positive reading.

After I left the probation office, I went to the hospital and took a drug screen there and came up negative for THC, cocaine, I had no drugs in my system at all.

I called my P.O the next Thursday when i was supposed to check in with him and told him that i came up negative at the hospital..He told me it didn't matter, are they allowed to do that?

My probation Officer is black, and I'm white, could he be racist? or trying to set me up?

I'm NOT a Liberal. I don't support Liberalism. I have no interest in Liberalism. What I'm trying to say, with the preceding statements, is that I am NOT. A. LIBERAL.

As a matter of fact, there are MANY people on Answers, who aren't Liberals. Many of these non-Liberals disagree with some of the policies of this current administration.

Can you goofy, uneducated, morons stop calling anyone who dissents, a Liberal?

It makes you look foolish. It DESTROYS your credibility.

To actually believe that there are only TWO schools of thought, on the entire planet, is simply, unarguably, without discussion; STUPID.

Stop being stupid. Just stop it. You can do it.

I promote the Constitution Party's platform. Good luck finding anything Liberal in it.

Have I mentioned that I'm not a Liberal?

What's that? you mean none of us.. not Republican or Democrat or Independent or Libertarian WANT the war to drag on? Sounds like we may actually agree on something. Could that be because we are all Americans who want whats best for our nation.. we just have different views on how to get there?

Is it only North Americans (north of the Rio Grande) and Western Europeans who deserve the 'good jobs'? 2/3 of the world is in poverty, why not out-source?

I am sorry, no self respecting proletariat (of which I am a proud one) would consider any job with a 'job bank' a real job. Unions have failed their founders, failed their country, and worst of all, failed their members.

I am just trying to figure out why the flags are still at half staff, we had a solider buried last week, but it literally seems that on any given day, the flag is at half-staff. What gives? Is it because of the war?
Thanks!

National Alliance was started by William Pierce, former member of the American Nazi Party.

They all understand, of course, that their Jewish bosses expect a certain slant on the reporting they do. They understand which side their bread is buttered on. They don't want to bite the hand that feeds them. But their liberal bias goes beyond just trying to please the Jewish media bosses who employ them.

"I'm a strong proponent of the restoration of the wetlands, for a lot of reasons. There's a practical reason, though, when it comes to hurricanes: The stronger the wetlands, the more likely the damage of the hurricane." --George W. Bush, New Orleans, March 1, 2007

-"You don't need to have a gun; the police will protect you"

-"If people carry guns, there will be murders over parking spaces"

-"I'm a pacifist. Enlightened, spiritually aware people shouldn't own guns"

-"I'd rather be raped than have some redneck militia type try to rescue me."

How often have you heard these statements from misguided advocates of victim disarmament, or even woefully uninformed relatives and neighbors? Why do people cling so tightly to these beliefs, in the face of incontrovertible evidence that they are wrong? Why do they get so angry when gun owners simply point out that their arguments are factually and logically incorrect?

How can you communicate with these people who seem to be out of touch with reality and rational thought?
