Gordon Brown, against advice stole my savings in 1997 and now I have to survive on state means, less than half of that which I had saved, and food handouts. Should the government pay restitution to all those affected. That is about 50% of the population.

I saw this on Fox News over the weekend(yes, Fox News). They were showing polling that was done from 2002 till now on what they said was a troubling trend for Republicans. In the poll, people were asked what party they associated themselves with. In 2002, 46% of people identified themselves as Republicans and 42% indentified themselves as Democrats. By 2004, the numbers were even at 43% each. In the most recent poll, 50% of people said they were Democrats and 35% said they were Republicans. They said this was partially due to the mishandling of the war and partially due to the Republicans losing sight of the core values of their party and their conservative base. I am wondering what Democrats and Republicans on here contribute it to?

Mary Sue entered into an agreement to buy fifty computers from Alice for a total of $70,000. The price did not include $500 in freight and insurance and a $3,000 installation charge. Alice agreed to install the network for Mary Sue. Two days before delivery, Alice phoned and said she would not be able to deliver the computers and that she was going out of business. Mary Sue protested and said she needed the machines, as she had already sold her old network and had started removing it in anticipation of the new machines. Alice apologized but said there was nothing she could do for Mary Sue.

Mary Sue went out and purchased similar computers from Bill for $90,000. He charged her no freight but did add a $5,000 installation fee. In addition, Mary Sue paid Ruth $10,000 for emergency computer service so that Mary Sue could continue operations until the new machines were installed.

Mary Sue now sues Alice for breach of contact. Alice claims she is not liable, as she notified Mary Sue in advance and Mary Sue mitigated her losses with replacement machines. Please discuss the rights of the parties in this matter.

I've been in a battle with these two guys & I didn't do anything wrong! Guy 1 and I have been arguing & calling each other on the phone solely for the purpose to antagonize/insult(well he doesn't call, but he puts his gf on the phone to call me). Guy 2 started avoiding me when I first had a falling-out with Guy 1. I e-mailed and text messaged him, demanding to know why he was avoiding me if I didn't do anything to him. This led to him threatening me(phone calls & texts), & me retaliating by "threatening" to "f--k his friend," which technically isn't really a threat since it had no potential to harm/hurt/damage. I also e-mailed him a few insulting jokes from the movie Me Myself & Irene.

Since then, he has e-mailed literal threats(along with the ones I received before). I'm wondering if I should follow up w/ my previous police report(which I made when he first threatened to beat me up). What will happen if I do this? Could I too get in trouble, since I made mild jokes before?

How come when terrorists "confess" to crimes, then that confession means its 100 percent true and they commited whatever they claimed to doing. Eventhough they were tortured to the point of confessing to just about anything even if they didn't do it. But when white british $hits confess to going into Iranian waters, then its not a true confession because they might be held at gunpoint.

The UN. . NOT the USA. . has found Iran GUILTY of continuing the nuclear programs
The UN. . NOT the USA . . has imposed sanctions on Iran for their defiance of who. .the WORLD COMMUNITY
Iran/Achmadinejad has called for the destruction of Israel and the USA
Iran has held conferences to plan world trade AFTER the USA does not exist .
Iran/Achmadinejad has held conferences to deny that the Holocaust ever even happened .
Iran has taken 15 British Hostages. . .and here's the real interesting part. . . Britain has published GPS coordinates proving that they were actually in Iraqi waters , but even if you don't trust that, Iran has illegally been broadcasting 'confessions' from Hostages . And normally these type of incursions are usually dealt with by escorting the boats out of territorial waters. .not by taking Hostages

So I ask you. . . . .At what point do we say the hell with them and end diplomatic efforts to get them to comply ?
