He probably, but that is yet to be recorded, did the right thing. He just is not taking a fool proof avenue to success. Hind sight is always 20/20. As far as you calling him a retard goes, that was not kosher. Have you ever made choices that not everyone agreed with and had those that disagreed call you names and take it all so personal? I cannot understand why so many hate him for doing what he thought was right, (and many of his political enemies thought was right) and it still MAY HAVE BEEN THE CORRECT CHOICE.

You know all these bush dittoheads ask "What's your solution then, liberal ? " Well, we didn't wander into the china shop and break everything. You broke it, you own it.
However, we do need to get off the mideast oil tit and come up with a viable energy alternative. The only thing they got that we need is oil. We, with our missing energy alternatives to oil, are funding not only our side of "the war on terror ", but the enemies side as well. Course having two oil men run the US isn't helping us along the path of getting us off the tit. How much further along would we have been if we built on President Carter's energy plan? It was a start.....
