I understand how our government has the power to do it (through laws which circumvent the Constitution), but how do the terrorists oppress us?

In other words, how much do you REALLY know about the presidential candidates? Is the information you obtain based on media input or your own personal research?

H20 is a known contributer to Global Warming. This can best be observed the slightly hotter nights experianced when there is an overcast sky.

That being said, steam turbine power plants produce millions of tons of steam (H20) into the atmosphere everyday. This problem is compounded by the fact that industries like steel and other metal works use H20 to cool their various processes. These process vent even more H20 into our fragile atmosphere.

What can we do to eliminate the threat of companies producing the gas state of H20?

I have heard many sources cite that the butterfly ballot was a source of confusion for many, because they were unfamiliar with the type of ballot. But, I seem to recall that the format of ballot was quite common, and had been used in other elections. It was only a first for the presidential election in Florida because of the number of people running for the office in 2000. Can any one point me to a source that definitively says one way or the other?

I don't know about the conservatives on yahoo! answers but most the people I know that are conservatives that complain about the poor and how" liberals just want to give all the money to the poor who refuse to get jobs" have had every thing handed to them and had a good start in the world with help of family. The poor don't always get those opprotunities that most do.
I know of a guy who complains about his ex-wife who is on welfare and won't get a job. Well if he would pay his child support maybe she would not have to be on welfare.
george bush who has had every thing handed to him complains about the poverty propblem but if it was not for the silver spoon that he was born with in his mouth he would be selling crack on a corner and living in a homeless shelter at the tax payers expense I think. Conseravatives just have to face it. You have to help those who had less opprotunities then them selves. I think most of us Liberals had to work to be where we are and realize how hard it is.

My wife and I were on our way home from a family dinner yesterday. 1/2 way though the drive home, my wife proclaimed that she had gotten her period and started yelling at me to 'step on it' so we could get home sooner.

I started going a bit above the speed limit trying to get her home when I noticed an officer behind me. I was pulled over and he asked why we were going so fast.

I explained to him the humiliating situation of my wife having her period and even went so far as to show him the stained seat. He didn't care and kept us there another 30 minutes while doing a background check on me and my marker plates.

Needless to say, in this 30 extra minutes the seat was stained a great deal more.

Had this officer not been so RUDE to keep us there for 30 extra minutes I could have probably just cleaned it up with a sponge...now, I'm going to have to have the seat professionally cleaned.

The ticket cost me 300.00 and I'm going to plean not guilty..am I right in doing so?
