Should President Bush and Dick Cheney be tried on war crimes?

War crimes? Like aiding and abetting the enemy. I think it is the Democrats that are trying to do that. Or are you taking about some other kind of war crime?

What war crimes? The Senate voted to authorize Bush to go into Iraq. Maybe the Senate should be tried.

And, Cheney (by Constitution) can't make the decision. So, no matter what happens, he's off the hook.
