If your married to an Army pilot who is in the pilot program it is possible. Otherwise you can't. But if I we're you go ask the VA office at the school if there are other programs for dependents.

you can't use your husband gi bill. if they discover that you have. you are responsible for paying every cent back. You can also be charged with fraud. The GI bill is only for those who have served. He can go to the local college and go to the registar and ask to speak with the va rep on campus. HE can go to school. You however may not on his GI.

I can't believe your husband is in the service and believes YOU can use HIS GI Bill, that investment comes out of his first years salary, it is his not yours, if you are interested in going to school check with the Base Community Service and start applying for grants.

He needs to talk to his C.O. about how to use it. he should have taken care of all the paperwork etc. when he was processing into the military.
