Neither and Nor

2007-04-02 06:30:26 · answer #1 · answered by mymadsky 6 · 3 0

My choice is neither.
I can't take the old guard anymore and this includes Hillary
McCain I have lost respect for since he has almost prostituted himself to the right wing of his party by giving up his " maverick" status which made him appear loyal to the best interests of the country not the party and has fallen in lock step with them.
He supported the suspension of Habaeus Corpus in the Military Commissions Act of 2006 which is a direct violation of our Constitution and then he goes to Iraq and talks about how safe it is there, how you can take a walk in the streets and how many positive things are going on there, yet he had to take a "stroll" in Baghdad wearing a flak jacket, and be escorted by 100 soldiers and 2 BlackHawk helicopters. Huh!?! I guess that's the new definition of " safe"

I would vote for Hillary. McCain is a very honest man and deserves respect. Unfortunately he tied himself too closely to President Bush hampering his campaign. Hillary has a clear message, gaining in the polls and well on her way to the White House.

Neither. I saw over the weekend that in 2000, McCain had met with Dems to consider switching parties...That's gonna win him a lot of friends in the Republican ranks.

McCain any day. I'm neither conservative nor liberal, but McCain is a moderate. The last thing this country needs at this time is an extreme right or left. We just need someone reasonable who can listen and work with both sides.

It does not matter how you vote for or who gets elected at all anymore .
The real concern should be how are you going to get a job and how best to make use of your talents .
You can stock shelfs or you can command armies of workers around the globe . Your choice .
