I was sent an email about Dubai that shows how quickly this city is growing Financially.. you can see the best of the best being developed and built in that city...the tallst buildings, the best and luxurious hotels, magnificent residences, super condominiums...but it all this action just makes me wonder if we all are paying for this...because all this started about 5 years ago...I mean the super develpment...We have a war, the oil companies are making record profits, they also are trying to get in to different kind of businesses ventures...you do the math...

I would also like to know how much is the barrel of oil that is pumped in the tanker before it gets shipped from the middle east to the US?

If you know please let me know because I would like to know

Is that kind of hatred and self-loathing really what you want people to think of your entire party, or do you have the balls to stand up and say she's a lunatic?

i think that the world now is a coward compared to our ancestors
even fighting face to face in a battlefield with a gun can be considered brave
where is the honour of the fighting soldiers
killing unarmed soldiers and taking advantage of helpless civilians

soldiers now are too afraid of their comanders and are willing to kill someone who isnt going to kill him just when the commander give an order

Despite all the warnings about the not so far climate catastrophy. Why our governments still refuse to take inmediate action to fix the damage we all have cause to our environment? is it:

A.Corruption?
B.Do not care?
C.No Fianacial resources?
D.The rich bought out a piece of Government? and if action is taken they will not be making as much money..
E.I will not be alive in 50 years? so who cares
F.I do not have any kids?
G.Waiting for a miracle?

If DNA is to be used for implicating people in crimes, then what is to stop ANYONE from collection a sample from ANYONE else, and planting it as a frame?

What if I were a powerful man and wanted to destroy anybody, including keeping the poor broken down, and planted the DNA of those I want to destroy?

I could have anybody killed, and then have someone else's DNA planted on the scene. Law enforcement obeys the will of those in power, not the poor. Why would they object to looking at planting possibilities for the poor? They rarely do this with those who have status, power, and wealth, and who are above suspicion by virtue of there status?

Evidence collection and integrity must go hand-in-hand, and with the obvious dishonest political climate we have in this country, it is completely insane to implement persecution and destruction of lives with this level of precision. Total enslavement of those unable to afford representation would ensue.

Is it time to hand the Falkland Islands to Argentina?
I heard that it costs the British taxpayers an estimated £1 million PER DAY for it's upkeep through having a military presence.
For a small population it seems a disproportionate amount of money, and it's been going on for the last 25 years!
What's your views??

Diane Feinstein, Dem Senator of California, was on the MILCON committee until stories about her corruption began to fly .
She was caught approving military contracts , worth BILLIONS, to her husbands companies . The Feinsteins Profited Millions for themselves as a result .

Also, and I think you'll find this very interesting, the committee is also responsible for the 'well being' of military personnel, ala Walter Reed !!

AND, oh this gets really interesting here, Diane's husband received Millions in contracts for military medical needs . . . . .. . . without open bidding !!!

Now, whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, she should be forced to resign or be impeached . . .

as an Englishman it always amazes me how Americans have not been banned from this site.
The problem with these American types is they are just to sharp and quick witted for the rest of us to deal with.
We cannot deal with your thick skinned attitude, when opposed you do not resort to violence or threats, you just respond with a witty reposte.

vote counting is fairer and more accurate then it's ever been in american history. Electors used to buy and sell their votes. News paperes were payed for by the candidates. On the local level large population were prevented from even voting and winners were declaired before the polls even closed.
The electoral system was set up because the founders new that counting millions of votes would be very hard and inaccurate. Also to give rural area's equal say with urban areas in running the country.

Equalizing economic inequality is the same as saying " Bob has more than Joe. If Bob has more than joe. Steal from Bob and give it to Joe." I should think any moron would see how immoral that is. Just because it's not dome by a criminal and the government is doing the theft. It's still immoral.
