Does anyone know how to write a CASE BRIEF?

I have to write a case brief on Freedom of Religion but I'm a student. I don't know if I'm on the right track...anyone have any good websites?? or samples that I can look @??

What were they deciding? (the narrow question)
What did they decide? (yes or no?)
Why did they decide it? (prior laws, science, voodoo)
What does it mean for the future? (questions left open)
