How come when terrorists "confess" to crimes, then that confession means its 100 percent true and they commited whatever they claimed to doing. Eventhough they were tortured to the point of confessing to just about anything even if they didn't do it. But when white british $hits confess to going into Iranian waters, then its not a true confession because they might be held at gunpoint.

the Iranians had a right to arrest those people for trespassing, and its always a double standard, like in new Orleans, one newscaster said those people are stealing, then others say those people are trying to just get some bottled water, and maybe something to eat.
Americans should not use torture, were not supposed to be like that, were Americans for Gods sake.

Now we in the West have a different sense of personal rights, but it is not hard to image that you can be scared or punished into saying anything if you want to live with all your parts in operable condition. Or maybe the speakers are protecting fellow shipmates which explains why they are cooperating.
The torture done by the United States lately probably explains a lot of this type of payback stuff. And indeed, the current British Sailors may be suffering a retaliation for American violations of American standards which we so vocally proclaim, but we did not live up to our standards and this is what happens when you fail to do so.
Also, part of the cause of problem is the amenity between the British and the Persian people. The British were the rulers by force for many years and Iranians have not forgotten it.
It is not right to hold a grudge and take it out on youngsters who were not born when the problem was alive and well. It is also not right to take for granted that others will be so forgiving when you have caused great harm to them in their opinion.
Reality stinks, and US and an England did invade a Middle Eastern Country next door to Iran.
What would the American reaction be if Iran invaded Mexico?

So you were personally there when some terrorists were tortured into confessing to something. An you were also there and saw that the Brits were in Iranian waters. By the way, if you want to see stupid - look in the mirror.

I know you cant tell the difference between FACTS and OPINIONS......the confessions that we got were and are backed up by tangible FACTS...outside methods of double checking the accuracy ot the confession.
WHere as your HERO the Iranian Wacko has made these ones confess and the confessions are totaly OPPOSITE of the GPS FACTS...THe GPS clearly shows they were in IRAQI waters until captured....

See one has FACTS...the other OPINIONS

But We know you TERRORIST MUZZIE SUPPORTING TRAITOROUS LIBS...will not let facts get in your way

You ask a great question.

I wonder . . . if we used torture in America, how many crimes we would have people "confessing" too.

I don't think it would be long, and we would have a 100% conviction rate. There would be ZERO unsolved crimes.

What do you say, America? Shall we start torturing American citizens, in an effort to solve our domestic criminal violence?

If they grab YOU (or one of your children) up under suspicion, how do we know you're [they're] innocent, unless we torture the truth out of you [them]?

If it works with terror [suspects], it should work equally well with criminal suspects here in the U.S., right?

It's all about the evidence.

GPS proves they were in Iraqi waters, not Iranian waters.
