Alcohol is legal
Cigarettes are legal
Marijuana is illegal

That just doesn't make sense to me. Out of all three of those, marijuana does the least damage to your body, doesn't impare driving at all really and when was the last time you saw a bunch of people in a room getting high break out in violence?

I just think that unless the other two become illegal, it shouldn't be.

Also I don't smoke, drink or get high.

I have a friend 19 years of age. He has never been in trouble with the law at all. He decided to be an idiot and run from the police last night. I was wondering if this is a felony in Wyoming and what his sentence might be since it would be his first offense.

I think they fear Obama more than Hillary, it seems daily they try and rip the guy. I think the "fair and balanced" will be EXTREME support for Republicans and EXTREME bash of Democrats. Agree?

the police search for someone because this person is on parole, they find him. they tackle him to the ground and beat him, choke him, tell him "your gonna die m_th_r F__k_r! your donna die" they continue to beat him as he yells for help. They arrest him, he has a warrant. The next day they go and pick up the video surveillance tape from the public place this happened at. The defendents sister goes to the place to request the video surrveilance of her brother getting beat by the police & is told that a detective already picked up a copy. he will not give her a copy of the tape. The police report says the defendent injured 6 cops. the cops are big guys. the defendent is 5'8" and not an aggressive or violent person. no history of violence.

Do you think it is strange that in the detailed police report the police do not mention anything about the video tape they picked up?

Do the police have to put EVERYTHING related to the case and all evidence collected into the police report?

India is a democratic country and the largest democracy. Politicians gets elected to the Parliment (Lok Shabha or Rajya Sabha) as an MP from their respective states under a banner of a party. They come to the doorstep of the voters for getting the votes from the consituency they are contesting. After they win the election (majority of the MP"s), they forget the values, ethics, morals and do not do anything to the people and do not listen to the common-man's misery. We the public belive in them and cast our valuable votes in favour of them and end up as sufferers.

Should countries such as Iraq be divided into 3
The UK into 3 (SNP and the Welsh)
North America into 2 (Give the Indians some land), etc.
Smaller countries, less fighting (After the fight over the split of course)

I think this would be a good thing because if you were dating some one you knew nothing about or if your kids were going home with friends you,d know wherther to let them or not I think with guide lines this could help protect people.example:If you were dating some one who had been arrested for beating women or family violice you,d know not to before it was to late.

So all the libs think Gun Control will save lives. Why? Controlling Guns will only affect and hurt law abiding citizens. The vast majority of people killed are killed by people with illegally obtained guns. Do you think if we slash our second amendment, that the bad people won't have access to guns anymore?
