It does not!! But the Constitution, the great document that it is, has been altered in practice to forgo the rights it originally bestowed.
The people are steadily losing their rights. They've lost the right to own property. If the govt can tax your property at the rate they want to and then take that property from you if you don't pay their tax, then you DO NOT own that property. By definition, you are leasing it. Gun rights are under constant attack and in time, will also go away. You've already lost the right of Free Speech. We now have "modified Free Speech" and in time, it will be no free speech.
All great nations have failed the test of time. They either dwindle down to a much lesser status or go away altogether. I suspect the USA is dwindling down.

No where. But consider this; I saw a article the other day that said what we spend in Iraq in one month could fund universal health care for the entire country for a full year. I'm no math wizard but doesn't that mean if you took the entire amount we have spent in Iraq and Afghanistan, we could have had universal healthcare for about 50 or so years. Lets forget about the war, how about the billions we spend a year giving other countries free money, because we are generous that way. We could take that money and fund it. Why give it to a country that is just going to criticize us 10 min. after they get their money.

First you have made a couple of errors in posing your question. What you meant was Socialist Healthcare, and it is not free, nothing is, it would be paid for by the sweat of the workers who will be stripped of the individualism and have their wages stolen from them.
Did you see the Hillary ad? Sort of like that, Big Brother is coming and his name is Socialist/Communist big government. The Democrats are them and America needs to wake up before they destroy our freedom.
ANYTHING that destroys an individual destroys freedom and our society. Politically Correct speech is thought control and a theft of our first amendment rights. Multi-culturism destroys the individual and seeks to put the focus on victim groups.

It is not in ours but ironically the U.S. in crafting the Iraqi constitution, included they have the right to healthcare. Isn't that something, they want to deny it here but want it "over there"
SECTION TWO: RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES
CHAPTER ONE: RIGHTS
FIRST: Civil and Political RightsFIRST: Civil and Political Rights
Article 31 Every citizen has the right to health care

And everyone thinks the war in Iraq is a mistake? Just wait until we start national healthcare. God help us all.
