With regards to applications submitted to the USCIS... what is an "RN" and an "APN"???

I'm guessing "RN" stands for "receipt notice"... but I have no idea what "APN" might stand for. Any ideas???

RN can also stand for Resident Nurse (really common in TN visas). APN may stand for Approval Notice?
