My mother has lived in a fema trailer since katrina. she is almost 62 and disabled. if fema forces her out of this trailer she will be homeless. she refuses to move to memphis to live with me and i can't move back down there to take care of her

I have dual citizenship with the US and Germany. My fiance is a German citizen. We currently are applying for the K1 fiance visa. However, we really want to get married in Germany, but then live in the US. We would have just gotten married in Germany, but we were informed that it would take much longer for him to be allowed to live in the US if we did that and the fiance visa would be faster. My question is whether we can be legally married in both Germany and the US. I don't want to wait for the visa to be approved. I want to get married to him in Germany and then when it is approved get married in the US. I'm guessing it isn't legal, but I really wish/hope it is.

When I was in BCT and the drill sergeant wanted us in formation, he stood at attention and used the command "Fall in!" The NCOs I've seen just sort of stroll around and say "form it up." Is that even a real command?

Ok, I know this sounds immature but it's along story, my bf's ex put up a new myspace profile (she doesnt know who i am, she doesnt know that he even has a gf, I don't want to tell her off or get mean or nasty I just want to thank her so much for leaving her hubby and what a wonderful man he is and that even though she's taking him for the $1500 a month proverbial "ride" that I have lots of money to spoil him with. I know...sounds immature but there is an important court date coming up and it might totally frazzle her nerves if she knows that he's got someone (an upgrade from herself), I think it might help things. Can I get in any sort of trouble for doing this? I'm not going to threaten or scare, or be too rude, just want to frazzle her a bit being as she doesnt think he should be allowed to be happy in any sort of way. Knowing that he has a gf that actually cooks and cleans would drive her insane. I just want to make sure that i cant get in any trouble for harassment or anything.

I personally think they should. In my generation they had the draft.. When they run out of people to enlist where are they gonna get them from? I have an idea but I won't say...I better not go there... So what do you all think????

i would like to join the coast guard reserve, i worked as a welder for years, if the ship got attact i could put the fires out, and weld the holes up. i could allso shoot people to if they tried to attact the u.s., any x military out there have any advice, sorry if my ? sounds strange but bottom line thats what the military is for right.

If we attack iran, then we are going to need a lot more troops. Since only republicans support the war in iraq and attacks on iran, then they should be the ones who sign up for the military to make sure we have enough people to win the wars. Will they be willing to do it?

Is communism Martial Law or Marshal Law? I always thought it was Martial Law since martial means military (as in court-martial), but I saw someone spell it the other way recently. How did it get the name?

I have downloaded and skimmed through the platforms of both parties and feel that they are both very similar and biased to their party and interest(as could be expected). I consider myself a right wing but with some leanings toward the left. If there is an article or other publication that simply explains what each party intends to accomplish and how they plan to do it please direct me to it.

i've been asking so many questions about this. my daughter says she was touched, inappropriately (and more), by her dad while on a weekend visit. as soon as we found out, we called the police. a deputy came to my house and interviewed my daughter. she told me that she feels that my daughter is in serious danger. she told me NOT to let her go to the next visit. she feels that something is very wrong.
her report will be given to the DA. i hope that he takes the case. i am also in court for custody matters. i was told that this will be a difficult case because it might look like this was all made up because i am in court about custody.
won't they interview my daughter? aren't their people out there who can tell the difference between a child lying (or being feed information) and a child who has really been hurt? i'm scared that my daughter's father will be handed my daughter so she can be used as his sexual gratification toy.

ok i live upstairs and my neighbors that live downstairs always put loud music til 8:49pm -till 5am in the morning and i cant sleep can i call the police ? will they make them shut up? because my sister is sick and she needs to get some sleep .

When you ETS out of the army do you have to have your MyStar card or your Take It Home card paid in full before you can clear post? Or will they send you a regular bill in the mail after you have ETS'd?

We do not have home comings like they had in the 60`s & 70`s i am not a military man and never will be but i still beleave in the U.S.A and what it stands for so when our men & others come back from war we should show more thanks then we do as americans.That is my opinion and i am sorry if i hurt your feeling but this is my opinion!!!
