Ok, I know this sounds immature but it's along story, my bf's ex put up a new myspace profile (she doesnt know who i am, she doesnt know that he even has a gf, I don't want to tell her off or get mean or nasty I just want to thank her so much for leaving her hubby and what a wonderful man he is and that even though she's taking him for the $1500 a month proverbial "ride" that I have lots of money to spoil him with. I know...sounds immature but there is an important court date coming up and it might totally frazzle her nerves if she knows that he's got someone (an upgrade from herself), I think it might help things. Can I get in any sort of trouble for doing this? I'm not going to threaten or scare, or be too rude, just want to frazzle her a bit being as she doesnt think he should be allowed to be happy in any sort of way. Knowing that he has a gf that actually cooks and cleans would drive her insane. I just want to make sure that i cant get in any trouble for harassment or anything.

Dont worry, you cannot get arrested or in any trouble for harassment. you aren't harassing. you are just getting her fur in a knot. no big.

You can always try to "frazzle" as you say her. The problem becomes that if she finds out it's you then when it comes time for court she can present harassment arguements that could sway the judge/jury. She could also file harassment charges if she knows it's you. Bottom line talk with your lawyer for the case before doing anything. Contacting her for the purpose could end up killing the case because of "character" issues.

Probably not-unless she 'reports' you. You cannot make any threats, tho.
My son's 'ex' (not quite) is making all kinds of rude comments towards him on myspace-she has a ppo on him and the judge said no e-mail or chat or anything like that. But she can and hasn't got in trouble for it. so you decide.
