She would be too embarrassed to ask but a VH-60N Whitehawk to get her to the airport would really save her a lot of time.

You didn't state "the truth", and that is what hit a nerve! Every time someone repeats one of these cock and bull stories, they add fuel to a fire that shouldn't be burning! Sure we should have differences of opinion on how to run the country! But all of this lying, all of this personal insult stuff, all of the spin, the repetition of "talking points" (especially if they are NOT TRUE), just makes me sick.

"Pelosi's plane, Pelosi's plane...." So what?? Dubya and Dick have planes, don't they? Even if it was true that she has a list of "demands", so what? They can be refused! They can be laughed at! But they in no way represent her political stance!

But, moot point, because she doesn't have a list of demands.....

And still we hear about "ugly" and "face lifts", etc. etc. What does this have to do with the price of tea in China??? (Actually, she's at least as attractive as Laura....Should we be picking our leaders based on looks??????)

And she should get less than Dennis Hastert - WHY?

Her list will be the same as any post-9/11 House Speaker's would. She is second in line to the President, after all.

The President and VP don't have any problem with her having a private plane that actually flies to California without stopping to refuel - why should you?

You didn't commit any false propaganda!! You just stated a truth that hit a raw nerve in some people and I wonder why what you said would cause such a feeling unless they feel you are right!! I think this is just the start only unfortunately she'll try to hide the next 10 from the media so someone will have to stay vigulant!!

If you are going to make a statement, at least get it right. It was the House Sargent at Arms who requested the 757. Pelosi requested only a plane that would take her back & forth to her home state without refueling or she would fly commercial. It was some in the White House that accused her of demanding the "huge plane." The DOD backed up this story earlier today, as well as Bush himself.

So lay off the false propaganda, unless you want to make your side look like liars.

Didn't you hear Tony Snow say this is a non-issue, that Pelosi's request is no different from Hastert's?

It really is amazing to watch how you conservatives receive your "talking points" from Rush and Fox, and you just run with it, with no checking of facts, no concern about relevance, just hatred, division, ignorance. Staggering, really.

But, I'm sure all your church lady friends are so proud of your vapid questions.

Well, it did not take the Reublicans long to complain about something..

Is this the best they could come up with. I cannot believe our elected officials spent precious time that we pay for to even discuss this!!!! They should do what they were elected to do and that is to represent us.

How much money is being spent daily on the war????
