It doesn't intimidate me. It is wrong to be pushed into something that is simply on another's whim. For example nurses having to wear a certain color of uniform instead a variety of colors. If in the hospital I can understand wearing white or other colors for different units. However in a long term care facility being made to wear one color for all is absurd! That angers me. Is a form of control that should not exist! Adults are not school age children. No one should ever be manipulated like drones.

True story.
I recently (within the last year) served on a jury and I was the ONLY person who would not find the defendant guilty. Everyone serving on that jury panel was furious with me because they wanted to go home but I was the hold out. I felt the evidence in the case did not support the State's case against this person and I simply would not convict and see this person serving prison time just because everyone else wanted to go home. Well in the end, I managed to change 2 other people's minds about the case and it ended in mistrial. But I will never forget the intimidation and anger these people had in me just because I would not go along with the group.

The majority are basically uninformed because they are to busy working and have to live on sound bytes. Main stream media does not keep one informed. I rarely agree with the majority because I'm retired and study the issues

I catch myself going along with the crowd often, but that would be on frivolous matters. If it is an important decision, I will stand alone. The thing about standing alone is that you are usually over-ridden, but in the long run, I'm usually right.

nope, I'm that crazy person who is more likely to argue against something, just because everybody else thinks that way, lol.
I play devils advocate a lot, lol.

No. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
